Eggs for Poppy, 2012

October 30, 2012 § Leave a comment

Hooray! This morning, bright and early, the eggs came from Fionna Appleton. In the three times I’ve bought eggs from her, I’ve had exactly the same experience – the eggs are dispatched first thing, Fionna emails me the tracking details, and the eggs arrive before I even get a chance to use them! Superbly wrapped, as always. And because she didn’t have everything I’d wanted (she had warned me she mightn’t), she added two extras from my list of suitable substitutes. Honestly, she is the best. (And her chooks aren’t bad either!) We also have some other Rhode Island Red eggs coming from a breeder in the North Island, but they’re not here yet. (Fingers crossed …)

Below in the table is the list of all the eggs, with details about their weight and anything else notable. Clicking on the thumbnail will open a larger photo.
